American City University is licensed by the Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) and has approval to operate in the State of California. ACU is also a member of The California Association of Private Postsecondary Schools(CAPPS). CAPP is the only California State Association representing Private Postsecondary Schools in California, including academic institutions for-profit, non-profit, religious exempt and registered that they are Nationally or Regionally accredited or approved-only.
