THE DBA PROGRAM
The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program is created for professionals who are interested in further developing their careers and academic wisdom. Upon completion of this doctoral degree, graduates would have acquired advanced knowledge in the areas of their specialization and the capability of implementing such knowledge. This degree is designed for senior practitioners, executives, and managers (management) in business, government, non-profit organizations, and consultants.
The primary objective of ACU DBA is to train its graduates who will continue to develop their respective professions through advanced theories and practices. It prepares the students for careers in teaching, research, or higher levels of managerial positions. The educational needs of the positions of the business directors and senior specialists in the corporate environment are best met through this program.
In addition to taking the highest level courses in the related field and passing the assessments, students are required to demonstrate a level of competency beyond the Master's level. This is ensured by employing research methodologies in original work and presenting a dissertation representing a significant contribution to the chosen knowledge.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENT
To be eligible for graduation, students must complete all the required courses with a grade of C and the doctoral dissertation, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
